1. Shipping Coverage. AokangBio supports delivery throughout mainland China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. International orders can be shipped to major countries and regions worldwide; specific shipping fees and times vary by destination.
2. Shipping Timeline. In-stock products: ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order products: customers will be notified of estimated arrival times before shipping. Timelines may be extended during holidays.
3. Shipping Methods. Ambient products: SF Express standard delivery via ground or air transport. Cold-chain products (e.g., antibodies, proteins): SF Cold Chain with constant 2-8°C temperature control and temperature loggers.
4. Packaging Standards. All products are packaged in shock-resistant, crush-proof professional laboratory packaging. Cold-chain products include additional ice packs/dry ice and insulated containers to maintain stable temperatures during transit.
5. Shipping Fees. Standard shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight and destination, with automatic estimation at checkout. Orders over 2000 RMB qualify for free shipping (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and international orders).
6. Acceptance Instructions. Please inspect the package in person upon delivery. If damage, leakage or temperature abnormalities are found, take photos immediately, note them on the delivery receipt and contact customer service.
7. Tracking. After shipment, an automatic notification email with the tracking number will be sent. You can track your package in real time via the SF Express website or My Account > My Orders > Track Logistics.
