Article 1 Scope. These terms apply to all customers purchasing products through the AokangBio official website, authorized distributors or direct sales channels. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of all terms.
Article 2 Order Confirmation. After a customer submits an order on the website, an order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed without cause, except for product quality issues.
Article 3 Pricing & Payment. Product prices are as displayed at the time of ordering on the website. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer. Large orders may apply for credit terms by contacting a sales representative.
Article 4 Delivery & Shipping. Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Cold-chain products ship via SF Cold Chain; ambient products ship via SF Express. Shipping fees are determined by mutual agreement.
Article 5 Acceptance & Quality Claims. Customers should complete acceptance inspection within 7 business days of receipt. If damage, quantity discrepancies or quality issues are found, please retain packaging and contact customer service for returns or exchanges.
Article 6 Intellectual Property. Patents, trademarks and other intellectual property related to AokangBio products belong to the company. Without authorization, customers may not use products for commercial reproduction or resale.
Article 7 Liability. Either party violating these terms shall bear liability and compensate for direct losses caused thereby, except in cases of force majeure causing delays or inability to perform.
